Refund & Return Policy

At NESLIFE Research, we strive to ensure that every customer receives their order in excellent condition. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Books

Returns and replacements are accepted only if:

  • The book is received in a damaged condition.

  • The wrong product is delivered.

  • The order is incomplete or defective.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Books that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered.

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

  • Change-of-mind purchases after the order has been shipped.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
